Overview

New email inboxes have no reputation — sending cold emails from them immediately triggers spam filters. Warmforge fixes this by simulating real email conversations for 2–4 weeks before we start a campaign. Every inbox we set up goes through a warm-up period first.

How we use it

• Warm every new inbox for 3–4 weeks before using it for outreach
• Monitor warm-up health scores to know when an inbox is campaign-ready
• Re-warm inboxes that have been paused or that show declining deliverability
