Overview

Mailforge makes it easy to create and manage large numbers of email inboxes. For outbound to work at scale, you need many inboxes sending low volumes — not one inbox hammering a list. Mailforge lets us spin up the right infrastructure for each client without manual setup.

How we use it

• Create 20–60 inboxes per client across multiple sending domains
• Keep sending volume per inbox below 30 emails/day to protect deliverability
• Manage all inboxes from a single dashboard instead of logging into each one
